We build HR strategy, operations, process, and policies that meet business objectives, while keeping employee experience, market competitiveness, and compliance at the forefront. We use our extensive experience both as past internal HR leaders and as advisors to our clients to create what each client needs to fit their unique organization.

Job Architecture + Compensation  

We support our clients with their compensation needs through: 

  • Thought Partnership - serving as a thought partner to HR and leadership on compensation philosophy, pay transparency, budgeting, pay for performance, and driving compensation objectives forward for the organization
  • Compensation Philosophy - determining objectives, strategy, competitiveness as well as pay practices for hiring, promotion and title changes, and pay adjustments
  • Job Analysis - defining work through job description review or creation
  • Job Leveling - choosing appropriate job leveling matrix and slot roles to job levels
  • Benchmarking - using market data to assign role/job family specific compensation ranges
  • Compensation Analysis - providing recommendations for appropriate placement of employees within established ranges and highlighting outliers for potential action
  • Pay Transparency - designing processes to support compliance with state specific pay transparency laws
  • Training/Communications - developing communication strategy, manager and employee training, and resources for internal owners
